Perkins Coie Welcomes John F. Pierce to Bellevue Office

Pierce has joined the firm in its Financial Transactions & Restructuring Group. He is going to work on cases involving infrastructure and energy projects, according to a press release from the firm. Pierce will work as a partner in the firm’s Bellevue office. He comes to the firm from DLA Piper in Seattle.

Mark Quehrn is the Managing Partner of the Bellevue office for Perkins Coie. He said the following about Pierce: “John is a seasoned transactional attorney with deep and broad experience in the energy industry. His extensive knowledge of domestic and international energy issues and infrastructure projects are a great complement to our national transactions and energy practices. We are very glad to welcome John to Perkins Coie.”

Pierce provides his clients with counsel on matters involving development of port facilities, refineries, airports, toll roads, industrial zones and pipelines.

George Fogg if the co-chair of the firm’s Financial Transactions & Restructuring Group. Pierce earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. He earned his B.A. from San Francisco State University.
